Better utilize your Stats/Staff’s time with Digital Check In
As a Stats person, while I love seeing my friends and fellow competitors at a major, waiting around for people to check in is one of the things I dislike the most. Especially over multi-day major matches.
Check in is an important part of a major match. It is when we verify the competitors registration info and confirm things like starting bay, squad number among other things.
But you do not need someone sitting around for hours to accomplish this!
How it works:
- I’ll provide a unique check in form for your match. You will push the link out through Practiscore a few days prior to your match. A QR code can be provided for your match book on request.
- Provide the following:
- Practiscore competitor registration export for use in the check in system (2 times during the setup)
- Squad matrix
- Other info you would like to include (sponsor recognition, promo codes etc.)
- Once competitors are ready to check in, they will use the link or scan QR in match book and enter their Member Number and Cell Number. (Details depend on type of match)
- Within a couple minutes, they will receive a text message/email confirming their registration details, squad number and starting bay number.
- You can also include other important info as well as special discount codes from your sponsors and random draw prize numbers.
- You can also elect to have your competitors receive a follow up text a couple days after the match reminding them to thank your sponsors and promoting any offers they provided. (small upcharge for extra text message volume)
- You will be able to monitor check in with a private page showing the registration list, check in indicators and an at-a-glance dashboard showing check in progress.
