On The Ground Communications Can Be… Frustrating…

Make it more concise…

Let’s face it, unless your staff uses a 2 way radio on a regular basis, their radio etiquette is likely lacking.

From cutoff transmissions, too little info or too much info and more. Traditional radio communications frequently chew up precious time turning a squad and can create backups in match flow.

We use tablets for scoring, its time we use it for match communications as well…

  • Call for service using a short form on your scoring tablets
  • Visible acknowledgements in the match leader’s communication channel
  • Logs of service calls and notes for after match debriefing

*Range wide wireless internet is required for this feature

If you elect to use Digital Communications, A unique “call for service” form will be issued and the URL will need to be bookmarked on all your devices. Your match leadership will be issued invites to a private Microsoft Teams channel. Calls for service will show up in the channel. Your leadership can make acknowledgements, take notes or chat about items.
